• Analyzed 3 days of high-frequency boiler telemetry covering drum level, pressure, temperature, and flow parameters to identify process relationships and operational patterns difficult to interpret from raw data.
• Built and hosted an interactive boiler analytics dashboard (BoilerAI) that visualized parameter relationships, calculated process efficiency, and exposed abnormal attemperation spray-flow behavior.
• Developed a predictive model to estimate parameter cross-influence, achieving approximately 80% prediction accuracy with a strong R² score for anticipating upcoming process changes.
